Orders ship from our US warehouse within 1-3 business days and arrive in 3-7 business days. Tracking is emailed as soon as your order ships.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on all US orders.

What if I don't like it?
You have 30 days for a full refund, no questions asked. Email support@scrapetheory.com.

Most people feel a satisfying stretch from the very first session. Consistency (5 min/day) is where the magic happens.

Is it for beginners?
Yes — start on Level 1 and progress when ready.

Will it hold my weight?
Up to 220 lbs (100 kg).

The straps are fully adjustable and fit most body types.

How long should I wear it?
